We’ll email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder.
You can also find your tracking number in the Parabo app. Just go to "More" and click “Orders” from within the app.
Or on the Web, sign into your account, click your email address, and we’ll bring you to the User Detail page. From there just select the order you want to track and the tracking number will be listed.
Economy and standard shipments may not have tracking. Please contact us if you are having trouble locating your tracking number. We want to make sure you can track your order.
