We want you to love your Parabo Products as much as we do! However, as a small business, please understand that we cannot process refunds or returns custom products, such as prints and photo books. If you would like to receive paper samples before ordering, or a test print prior to placing a larger order, reach out to our support team at email@example.com.
We do accept returns on display items in new/unused condition. Please email us so we can issue a return authorization before you ship back the product. Your refund or store credit will be processed when the return is received. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Errors and Damages
We will issue an exchange if your order is damaged in transit, has a printing error, or contains a defective display item. Please contact us and provide your order number along with a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.
Parabo Press is not responsible for transit delays caused by the shipping carrier - our estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. However, we do want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, so if your order is lost in transit or severely delayed, please let us know so we can try to locate it or send a replacement. Items lost in transit must be reported to us within 60 days of the order date.
If the carrier has marked your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please double-check around the property, in your mailbox, with others in the household, and with your neighbors in case it turns up elsewhere. If your order is nowhere to be found after 3 business days, please let us know. We typically see packages appear during this time. Your missing package claim must be reported within 5 business days from when the package was marked as delivered.
We do not offer refunds on orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer, but we’re happy to resend the order to the updated address for an additional shipping fee. If you need to change the address on an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us right away.
International Shipping Customs
Customers are responsible for any import fees or customs duties on international orders.
