I signed up! How do I get free shipping?
You'll receive an email containing a free shipping code after signing up. Enter this code in the coupon box at checkout to receive free standard shipping on one order.
I didn't receive the confirmation email after signing up. Help!
The email can take over 10 minutes to show up. If you haven't received it after 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, you may have already signed up in the past. Please email us at help@parabo.press so we can make sure you're signed up and provide your code.
Can I use my free shipping code along with another discount code?
We accept one code per order. The free shipping code cannot be combined with other offers.
It's a new month. When will the free shipping code be sent?
We typically send the free shipping code around the 15th of each month and the code is valid for 3 days.
Will the free shipping code work for international orders?
Parabo VIP is available for US customers only. The free shipping code is not valid for international shipments.
