Awaiting Scan Status

If your order just shipped, please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We often ship in bulk to the carrier facility, where orders are sorted and sent on their way. If the carrier misses the initial scan, your tracking won't update until it reaches the next location on the delivery route.

Error or Canceled Status

If the tracking link provided in your email is returning an error, or states your shipment has been canceled, please email us for updated tracking. help@parabo.press

Pending or Delayed Status

We're sorry for any shipping delays that occur. Even with delays, we often see orders arrive within the shipping times provided at checkout. Parabo Press is not responsible for transit delays caused by the shipping carrier - our estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. However, we do want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, so if your order is lost in transit or severely delayed, please let us know so we can try to locate it or send a replacement.
